What metals do you use in your jewelry?

We offer our jewelry in 925 sterling silver, gold (10K, 14K, 18K in yellow, white, and rose), and platinum (950). Each piece is hallmarked for authenticity and durability.

Do you accept returns, exchanges and cancellations?

Returns - We offer a 30-day return policy. Customers need to request a return within 30 days after delivery. Custom and personalized orders are not eligible for return or exchange. customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. When returning an item, please ensure that it is shipped with all the original documents and packaging as received.

Exchanges - We do not accept exchange for wrong ring sizes or to change ring size.

Cancellations - If you change your mind about an order, please message us within 48 hours of placing the order.
